Terms and Conditions
  • The registry is available online or at any participating stores.
  • The registry list will and will continue to remain the property of Wedding Place.
  • If you complete your list in-store, all product details and product code is essential to ensure accuracy.
  • Only products sold on behalf of our retail partners can be added to you registry list.
  • Products with a special discount may be added to your registry list, however product specials may change at any time without notice.
  • Only those with your Registry Account Password can make changes or updates to your registry list.
  • Gift selections may be unavailable for purchase at any time, without notice.
  • Copies of the registry list will be made available to guests electronically and if required, by fax or mail.
  • Products cannot be removed from the list by guests until after purchase or has been organize.
  • Product stock and availability will vary throughout stores and therefore it is advised to enquire first.
  • If purchasing in-store, guests must advise if they want wrapping and/or delivery.
  • The price of the gift will be listed at the current price at time of registering, however this price may change at any time. The purchaser will pay the price of the gift at the time of purchase.
  • A gift becomes the property of the purchaser once it has been paid for?? Damaged goods may be returned to the store for a full refund of up to 30 days following purchase. Any other returns can be exchanged only if online purchase must pay again for delivery.
  • A report outlining all registry purchases will be delivery following your wedding date.
  • All gift wrapping and delivery services will be charged a fee. Each gift will have a gift tag attached.
  • You will need to nominate a delivery address for guests that wish to send gifts directly to the bride or groom. A preferred date can be nominated and Wedding Place will aim to have all gifts delivered as close to this date as possible. Wedding Place does not guarantee delivery at a certain time or date.
  • Gifts will arrive at different times throughout the day as items may be delivered from separate retailers and retail stores.
  • Ten days notice is required to change your preferred delivery date.
  • Large items may require different delivery to be organized.
  • You must ensure that yourself or a representative is present for receipt of the goods (including signing for it) at the nominated delivery address on the nominated date (and also two working days following the nominated date).
  • If a gift has been purchased within seven days of the delivery date, gifts may arrive at a later date.
  • If your circumstances change and the delivery instructions change for any reason, Wedding Place is not liable to you and a penalty or re-delivery fee may need to be paid.
  • Wedding Place is not liable or accountable for circumstances out of our reasonable control such as a postal strike.
